| Description | Lymphotactin (Lptn), also known as SCM-1a and ATAC, belongs to the C or gamma subfamily of chemokines and has been designated XCL1. Human Lymphotactin encodes a 114 amino acid (aa) precursor with a 21 aa predicted signal peptide. The gene for lymphotactin has been mapped to chromosome 1 in both human and mouse. |
