Reconstitution | Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute the antibody with 500 µl sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200 µg/ml. |
Stability and Storage | Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -20°C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20°C for at least six months without detectable loss of activity. |
Preparation | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant protein of SIGIRR extracellular domain. |
Antigen | recombinant human SIGIRR extracellular domain |
Application | WB |
Synonyms | SIGIRR; TIR8 |
Description | Single Ig domain containing IL-1 receptor-related molecule (SIGIRR) is a subtype of the IL-1 R family that differs from the other members by having only one Ig domain in its extracellular region. SIGIRR is widely expressed and is present in all cells and tissues examined. Mouse and human SIGIRR share 82% amino acid sequence identity. The ligand and signaling mechanism for SIGIRR have not been identified. |
