Preparation | This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells from a mouse) immunized with human recombinant EDA-A2 extracellular domain. The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity cromatography. This antibody was selected for its ability to detect human EDA-A2, as well as EDA-A1. |
