Nogo Receptor (Nogo R, NgR), also named reticulon 4 receptor, is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein that belongs to the family of leucine-rich repeat (LRR) proteins. It is expressed predominantly in the central nervous systems on neurons and their axons.
