Description / Leukotriene B4 R1
Leukotriene B4 R1 (LTB4R1) is a seven transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor that is highly expressed in lymphoid tissues and has been designated BLT1 according to the NC-IUPHAR nomenclature. It is a receptor for Leukotriene B4, an arachidonic acid metabolite that is a potent chemoattractant involved in inflammation and immune responses.
