Description / BEC12
LA5 reacts with most mouse blood vessels except heart, large arteries and veins, but not with any lymphatic vessels. LA5 recognized a protein of around 12 kDa. The antigen recognized by LA5 was localized on both luminal and abluminal lymphatic endothelial cell membranes. Besides blood vessels, some lymphoid cells are also recognized.
