Description / Activin-C
Activins are dimers consisting of two beta subunits. Several types of beta subunits have been described. These beta subunits can also heterodimerize with a constant alpha subunit to form Inhibins. The βc subunit homodimerizes to form Activin C andhas also been reported to heterodimerize with the βA subunit.
