a) Protocol for immunofluorescence with lympathic endothelial cells (LEC) using Lab-Tek II Chamber Slides. As primary antibodies anti-human LYVE-1 (ReliaTech Cat# 102-PA50), anti-human Prox-1 (ReliaTech Cat# 102-PA32) and anti-human CD31 were used (PDF, English).

b) Protocol for immunofluorescence with lympathic endothelial cells (LEC) and HUVECs in a cell culture dish. As primary antibodies anti-human Prox-1 (ReliaTech Cat# 102-PA32) and anti-human CD31 were used (PDF, English).
