SDS-PAGE analysis of recombinant human Flt3 Ligand. Sample was loaded in 15% SDS-polyacrylamide gel under reducing condition and stained with Coomassie blue.
Flt3 Ligand induced proliferation of AML5 cells. AML5 cells were stimulated with increasing amounts of human Flt3 Ligand. The expected ED50 for this effect is 0,5 – 2ng/ml.
